Formats
23 formats in, 16 out, 159 conversions.
This table is generated from the conversion engine at build time, not written by hand. It cannot list a pair the engines don't actually perform — which is worth saying, because every competitor's format list is marketing copy and a good half of the entries fail once you try them.

What isn't here, and why
- HEIC out. Onhand reads HEIC and won't write it. The demand runs one direction: people have thousands from an iPhone and want out, never in.
- Office documents — DOCX, XLSX, PPTX. LibreOffice compiled to WebAssembly is roughly a 250 MB download and unstable as of 2026. When that changes, this line changes.
- Animated GIF. GIF decodes to its first frame. Animation needs frame handling the image path doesn't do yet, and a converter that silently drops the animation is worse than one that says it will.
- AVI out. AVI reads but doesn't write. It's a container people escape, not one they ask to be given.
